Sérgio Laranjeira

CTO @ Metacore

Hey, welcome!

I'm an Engineering Leader currently working at Metacore where we are developing games to entertain people for decades

I'm originally from Portugal and I am currently living in Berlin with my wife.

I'm passionate about engineering management, leadership and software delivery. I strive to make a meaningful impact on organizations by delivering exceptional experiences to both internal and external customers. I dedicate my time working with people, building a culture where individuals can be themselves and bringing great results to the business.

In parallel, I'm deeply committed to the cause of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), I believe that fostering it is not just a moral imperative but also a strategic advantage, and I actively work to create inclusive workplaces, promote D&I at various events, and drive recruitment activities that promote diversity.
